One Login, Held by the Operator

Every player uses a single account created and stored entirely on the operator's own platform. This page simply opens that door — you are redirected to the operator's sign-in form the moment you click through.

Forgot Your Password? Reset Link Lasts 15 Minutes

If you cannot recall your password, the operator sends a reset link to the mobile number registered on your account. That link expires after 15 minutes for security, so request it only when you are ready to use it straight away.

Once you tap the link, you choose a new password on the operator's own page. The phone number on file is the only way to trigger this flow — keep it current to avoid delays.

Verification – What the Operator Asks For

Before your first withdrawal, the operator needs a scanned copy of your MyKad or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. These confirm you are the account holder.

Documents are uploaded through the operator's dashboard. Processing usually takes a few hours on weekdays. Once approved, you can withdraw without further checks unless your details change later.
